Early in my career, I found myself as an ear and confidant to my CEOs and leadership, helping them discern important decisions, the impact on the company’s morale, and the best strategies for revenue and growth. In the not-too-distant future, I realized I could have a larger impact on small businesses’ bottom line. This is precisely why I decided to formalize my consultancy and alesce was born.
I wanted to approach the relationship between client and service provider differently. Similar to venture capitalists who invest their energy and resources into promising companies, I saw an opportunity to take the same approach with small business consulting.
